Performance -- J-COOL onboard radiating technology
a.Computer radiating technology completely designed for the in-vehicle
It can perform in completely closed chassis, which can prevent the dust and the condensed water in the air from entering the product;
Exterior ultra static fan design completely ceases the mechanical breakdown and safeguards wide-temperature operation: 0°C--45°C.
 
b.Two special onboard radiating backboards mutually coordinate, which promote the radiating effect to a new level
The radiating backboard materials select general aluminum material AL6063-T5 in the international radiation industry, which not only has the better heat conduction ability, but also the better workability. And using the digital control processing, the precision control is in ±0.05mm scope, the surface uses the anode black craft. It carries on the wiredrawing, polishing processing to the part where the base and CPU contact; the planeness is less than 0.10mm.
Besides the unique radiation ability, the entire radiation backboard seems steady, lofty, natural,and fine, which has a good visual effect.
 
c.The onboard radiation accessories are all selected referring to the international standard, with the import material, more highly effective suitable for the radiating backboards
The thermal interface material (TIM) is the changed material of American CHOMERICS production T725, which can change when the chip reaches the operating temperature. It becomes soft from the normal solid state, like hot lubricating grease filling in the air gap, which remarkably reduces the radiator’s contact thermal resistance. The insulation crash pad selects American U-32 Poron material, which has higher inflaming retarding coefficient and fine insulating ability.
