The system adopts the stratified modular design. The technical platform including the basic software like GIS, Database, WEB, Middleware platform etc to support the products. After system integration of the (onboard computer, mobile electronic terminal, WEBGIS dispatching navigation system, video monitoring system), the onboard computer could provide the police solution to mobile enforcement officer and commanding and dispatching officer.
