Problem Analyze:
1. The car pc is effected by Virus and the system files lost.
2. The new installed software have crash with the system
3. The system' s virtual memory have error
4. System file lost or broken

Solutions:
1. Killing virus and reinstall the system
2. Enter into safe mode and uninstall the new software
3. Enter into safe mdoe, set the virtual memory, if can' t enter into that mode, please reinstall the system
4. Reinstall the system
